Flux 1 $1100.00 40 HP Increase over stock injectors.
The F1 is designed to be used with the stock CP3. They will work great with rail pressure boxes and the TST duration
box stacked. Typical Twin Turbo trucks can exceed 590 HP. Some have made 640. Large Single turbochargers have made over
600 as well.
Flux 2 $1100.00
100 HP increase over stock. The F2 is geared toward the modded CP3 pumps that produce a higher volume and
pressure than the stock CP3 from Cummins. This injector will support over 700 HP with twin turbos and 650 with a large single.
At a recent event in Las Vegas Richard Brown of Browns Diesel in Fresno made over 700 HP with a single turbo using Diesel
fuel only and 893 HP with nitrous oxide.
Flux
3 HellFire!
$1200.00
150-200 HP!!
No its not a joke. The F3's will give huge power increases. To get the full power potential, a modified CP3 pump will be required.
Flux 4 Hellfire $1200.00
200 HP plus!! Simply the last word at this time! 725 HP using a medium sized single turbo happened
the first day in testing. No ones honed stock injector will do what the Flux 4 will. Twin turbo'd trucks can exceed 800 HP
on #2 Diesel only. Nitrous assist would eclipse 1000 HP with the correct combination.
Flux
5 $1200.00 Has produced 1289
HP in an engine using Nitrous injection. Producing low levels of soot and smoke for its size, no nozzle even comes close
to this performance when measured against smoke and soot output. Custom sized spray holes undergo a second honing phase
that is second to none. Flux
6 $1200.00 When used
with large compund turbos this injector has produced over 1090 HP on Diesel fuel only. Tim Barber of TRE Diesel has
partnered with the Smarty for tuning, MPI's
Nathan Wright for compound turbos and F1 Diesel for injector and camshaft technology to bring together mass power and durability. Flux 7 $1300.00 Yes, a Flux 7 does really exist. There
are rumors of over 1100 HP with a Flux 7 on Diesel Fuel only. Only a handful of people have the air flow to support them but
soon enough we will see just how much power than can really produce.

Trouble Injectors??
Running extreme accumulator pressure? Have old, tired, weak and leaking injectors? F1 Diesel
can fully repair them to better than stock specifications. You no longer have to pay thousands for new injectors
from Dodge or Cummins.
We completly break the injectors down, clean, repair, replace all bad parts, reassemble,
and fully function test at high pressure.
Typical cost is $200-225 per injector to rebuild if customer is
using f1 flux nozzles

What
is a Flux Nozzle? The Flux series injectors are designed to give
outstanding durability in hostile conditions. They utilize a steel alloy made to withstand very high accumulator pressures
and high temperature. Flux injectors have been tested to over 39,000 PSI in sled pulling and drag racing trucks with zero
crack failures for an 18 month period.
For the 03-04 ( not the 600 and 610 engine )the Flux
spraying holes are formed on a new, blank nozzle with the most accurate EDM machining available. All parameters of fuel flow
rate, parallelism, spray angle agreement and spray hole size are exact. Our fuel flow rates are the most accurate to real
world conditions than any. This gives smooth idle, even power to each cylinder and and even piston crown temperatures. The
03-04 Flux nozzles are not a "stock" or OEM part from Bosch, Lucas, etc. They are custom built for us by world class
manufacturing facilities with 100% of the finish labor and final testing done in-house. None of our parts are sourced from
third world countries.
The 04.5 through 07 model year engine Flux injector will use either a custom nozzle as
the Flux the 03-04 engines above or a Stock Bosch nozzle that is heavily modifed with internal and external grinding, EDM
machining and mild honing to clean up and smooth the spray holes.
Our long term testing of the Flux nozzle since April of 2004 has allowed us to
tweak and change parameters to make a final product that is quite literally far superior to any performance injector on the
market. This is part of the reason F1 Diesel has and continues to have the highest resale value, highest long term durability
and some of the highest powered engines in the country.
